How do I reset my password for the member portal?

To reset your password for the member portal, follow the instructions below.

1. Go to https://member.uslegalservices.net/ 

   

2. Click Forgot Password just above the Login Button.

3. Enter your email address that you used for your Username:
   
   

   

4. Click Submit.

5. A form will appear to enter a Confirmation Code, along with setting your new password. Do not navigate away from this page. 
   1. An email is sent to the email address you entered with a confirmation code for you to enter here. The email should be in your inbox within 1-2 minutes. If you do not see it, check your Spam/Junk email folders.
   2. The email will come from U.S. Legal Services <webmaster@uslegalservices.net> and the subject line is "Your USL Member Portal Confirmation Code."
   
   
   

6. Enter your desired new password.

   1. Password should be 10 characters long and must contain at least one lowercase, uppercase, number, letter & special character
7. Click Submit.
   
   
8. You will be taken back to the login page, where you will see a confirmation of successful updated password at the bottom of the screen.
   
9. You can now log in with your new credentials.
