How do I reset my password for the agent portal?

To reset your password for the member portal, follow the instructions below.

1. Go to https://agentportal.uslegalservices.net/login

   

2. Click Forgot Password just above the Login Button.

3. Enter your email address that you used for your Username:
   
   

   

4. Click Submit.

5. A form will appear to enter a Verification Code, along with setting your new password. Do not navigate away from this page. 
   1. An email is sent to the email address you entered with a verification code for you to enter here. The email should be in your inbox within 1-2 minutes. If you do not see it, check your Spam/Junk email folders.
   2. The email will come from U.S. Legal Services <webmaster@uslegalservices.net> and the subject line is "Your USL Agent Portal Confirmation Code."
   
   
   

6. Enter your desired new password.

   1. Password should be 8 characters long and must contain at least one lowercase, uppercase, number, letter & special character
7. Click Submit.
   
   
8. You will be taken back to the login page, where you will see a confirmation of successful updated password at the bottom of the screen.
   
9. You can now log in with your new credentials.
